Three Generations of German Cooking

New Smyrna Brat Haus began with something simple and irreplaceable: a grandmother's handwritten recipe book, carried over from Munich. Those dog-eared pages — full of schnitzel seasonings, braising notes, and the exact spice blend for the perfect Apple Dumpling — are the foundation of everything we serve.

Since 2016, our mother-daughter team has brought those flavors to the Florida coast, creating a warm, welcoming spot where every meal feels like coming home. We believe food should tell a story — and ours stretches from the banks of the Isar to the shores of New Smyrna Beach.

Proudly Sourcing from Usinger's, Milwaukee, WI Our sausages are shipped fresh from Usinger's Famous Sausage — a Milwaukee institution since 1880. Because great German food starts with great German sausage.
