New Smyrna Brat Haus began with something simple and irreplaceable: a grandmother's handwritten recipe book, carried over from Munich. Those dog-eared pages — full of schnitzel seasonings, braising notes, and the exact spice blend for the perfect Apple Dumpling — are the foundation of everything we serve.
